Provider Data Quality Dashboard
A provider should not rank highly just because it has more marketing pages. This dashboard exposes how complete, independent, fresh and measurable the underlying evidence actually is.
Provider evidence maturity
What “data quality” means
Coverage measures whether a provider has verified capability records. Evidence maturity measures whether those records have structured assertions, source classes and confidence. Independent maturity increases only when VoicePilot or a reproducible third party measures the product.
More data is not automatically better. Provider-published claims are useful context but remain lower-independence evidence.
Current biggest gap
Independent comparative benchmark data is still the limiting factor. The provider graph can confirm many capabilities, but it should not claim a definitive quality winner until repeatable benchmark runs exist across the same Hindi/Hinglish test pack.
That gap is visible by design instead of being hidden behind fabricated ratings.
Quality gates before a provider can become a strong recommendation
- At least one verified use-case-relevant capability.
- Current source evidence with explicit provenance.
- Independent benchmark evidence for quality claims.
- Repeated runs when the metric is variable.
- No stale source silently treated as current.
- Unknown values remain unknown.
